PYSANKY FOR HEALING EVENT

 Friday, March 13 in Fellowship Hall. Youth & Family Ministry is partnering with local teaching artist Jenny Santa Maria to host a hands-on workshop exploring the centuries-old Ukrainian tradition and art of wax-resist egg decorating, which is rooted in Easter themes of life and renewal. You will create and bring home an heirloom-worthy pysanka while supporting relief efforts for Ukraine's wounded veterans. Cohost Nathalie Halbout, an artist and registered nurse born in Ukraine (now residing in the US), will return to Kyiv this spring for her second recent trip to personally deliver essential medical supplies to hospitals and volunteer to help heal the wounded.
