Social Ministry is hosting a new fundraiser this year to benefit the many outreach programs the Social Ministry team supports throughout the year. We are hoping the congregation will support this endeavor with donations of costume jewelry, scarves, belts, gloves, handbags, tote bags, wallets, hats, sunglasses, sunglass cases. NO CLOTHING OR SHOES PLEASE! A bin is in Fellowship Hall for collection of items.
Social Ministry will also be hosting a Bake Sale with all proceeds benefiting the Manasquan Food Pantry. The bake sale organizers, Charlotte McGarry, Susan Thomas and Lynn Walsh are recruiting volunteers to bake for this worthy cause. If you are a home-baker with a delicious recipe to share, please consider making it for us to sell. Packaging will be available in the HT kitchen. For your convenience, a sign up sheet is located in Fellowship Hall, or you may sign up below.
We will be available to accept delivery of your baked goods on Thurs., Oct. 9 and Fri., Oct. 10 during church office hours. If this is not convenient, please call the church office to make other arrangements. Thank you for helping to make these fundraising events a success!
