Join us on Sunday, January 25 immediately following 8:45 a.m. worship (approximately 9:45 a.m.). Please note: there will be only one worship service on Jan. 25; we will worship at 5 p.m. on Sat., Jan. 24, as usual. There will be no Sunday School on Jan. 25; however, there will be game time and donuts, in the Grahn Room, for children whose parents are attending the meeting. If weather prevents the meeting from taking place on Jan. 25, it will be rescheduled for Sunday, February 1, following 8:45 a.m. worship. Should this occur, we’ll send an eblast and leave word on the HT website homepage.
A quorum (15%) of voting members is required to conduct the meeting; for us this is 75 persons. The meeting agenda will include voting on the budget, election of Council, Nominating Committee, and Endowment Committee members.
