The Annual Meeting has been postponed until next week.
Join us on Sunday, February 1 immediately following 8:45 a.m. worship (approximately 9:45 a.m.). Please note: there will be only one worship service on Feb 1; we will worship at 5 p.m. on Sat., Jan. 31, as usual. There will be no Sunday School on Feb. 1, however, there will be game time and snacks, in the Grahn Room, for children whose parents are attending the meeting. If weather prevents the meeting from taking place on Feb. 1, it will be rescheduled for Sunday, February 8, following 8:45 a.m. worship. Should this occur, we’ll send an eblast and leave word on the HT website homepage.
A quorum (10%) of voting members is required to conduct the meeting. The meeting agenda will include voting on the budget, election of Council, Nominating Committee, and Endowment Committee members.
